"We had roof damage after Hurricane Irene. I was amazed at how quickly someone came out and gave us an estimate. Your services are exceptional and the workmanship was outstanding. The crew was very professional and clean. Megan was awesome, she was on top of everything. We had a few extra days of delay due to all the rain but as soon as the weather broke, the crew was out the following day. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely use Fichtner Services in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! "A service representative made two trips and a number of hours trying to locate a small leak in my roof. He was professional, patient, and thorough. The workers arrived on time, completed the job, and left the area neat and clean. A throw-back to the days when companies were professional, friendly, and did a good job at a fair price. Highly recommended."

"Excellent company to deal with."
"Contacted 5 separate companies for bids and Fichtner came in 35% lower then next lowest bid. All materials used were of high quality. Two separate roofs, new gutters with leaf guards and fascia boards all quickly and professionally installed. I highly recommend Fichtner Services if you want a high quality roof that will last a lifetime."

"Had gutter replaced, and am happy with the work. Fichtner was prompt and responsive from estimate to completion. Personnel were friendly, and showed up on time. Completed the job without any issues. The original estimate was accurate. I am satisfied with their performance, and would use them again, as well as recommend to a friend. "

"Used Fichtner to remove and replace gutters which was professionaly done. Provided a detail quote and estimate of completion which was on time without any disruptions to us. They also called and follow up after the job was complete which too was very professional. Would definely recommend Fichtner and use them again for their services. "

I thought the communication was unique, and I was amazed at how smoothly things went. They were certainly good people. If every contractor who came through this place was like Fichtner Services, I would contract everything. "Fichtner has done exemplary work for us, from roofing and skylight installation to trim carpentry, to building a porch where there was none. Each time, we are surprised at how great their work is. Of course, they show up when they promise to, stick to the estimated cost, and clean up very meticulously when they're finished.
I think of these kinds of actions as required and necessary--certainly I would not be a repeat customer if they didn't do these things. But the actual work--especially the carpentry--has exceeded our expectations each time. We do discuss ahead of time what we are asking them to do, but the finished product always looks amazing, even better than we had envisioned.
They really know what they're doing, they are very nice to have around, and we're thrilled with the work they perform--and the costs are well worth the results. You can't go wrong with Fichtner."
