A Confidence That Comes Along With Professionalism "Professional Job well done. Fixed my roof problems. Main main problem was my plumbing and gas vent seals were leaking. I had gone up on the roof to take a look but decided the incline was too risky to try and do it myself. "Wow. What an amazing company! We had been experiencing a few leaks in our roof, and after making several calls to local contractors who either never returned our call or never came out for an estimate, we were finally referred to Fichtner Services. Not only did we receive prompt service and attention from our first call to them, the contractors showed up to our house exactly when they said they'd be there, finished the job in less than two hours, and cleaned up beautifully when they finished. Receiving a follow up call a few days later to check on our satisfaction with the job was a nice touch that so many companies these days don't even take the time to do. And the icing on the cake? Not cringing with worry every time it rains anymore! No more leaks!!! I would confidently recommend Fichtner Services to anyone who is looking for a prompt, reliable, honest contracting company to take care of any of your home improvement and repair needs. It's no surprise they are rated so high by the Better Business Bureau!"

I'd Certainly Recommend "Fichtner was very honest about our leaking roof and helped us decide to bite the bullet and replace it instead of years of patching and pasting. The estimate was about the same as 2 others we had bids from but the reports from Angie's Listare what helped us to select Fichtner. We also like giving business to local companies. The work was done on a cold day and the crew was patient with our coming and going during their work. All in all the work was done as described and so far - nothing leaks. Completely Satisfied "Recently had my roof replaced along with a skylight and had a new ridge vent installed. I found the sales person to be low pressure and professional and able to answer all my questions. Roofers arrived exactly on the date and time scheduled and completed the job in the time specified. "Hired Fichtner to install skylights and a new roof as part of our kitchen renovation. We have zero complaints - these guys were always on time, and were efficient workers. My house is 200 years old and so there were of course some unseen problems. Their work had to be interrupted, bricklayers called in, Fichtner had to return to finish, etc. They came through for us. By the way, Meghan and the office staff were superlative in managing the whole affair."
