Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
A Local Maryland Roofing Company is looking for Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager to join our fast growing company.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator with exceptional attention to detail. Must be experienced with commercial negotiations and public bid re-roof, roof maintenance and repair sales. Roofing experience and knowledge a plus. Candidates must have a great attitude and strong dedication to sales. Candidates will work with clients including, Design Build, General Contractors, Architects, Building Owners, Engineering Firms, Construction Managers, Management Companies, Roof Consultants and Developers.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have the ability to read blueprint
- Knowledge of pre-bid preparation, take-offs, obtaining sub-contractor quotes
- Customer Service experience
- Proven track record in Large Commercial Projects
- Background in Construction a plus
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Able to multi task at all times
We offer a competitive base salary plus potential quarterly bonus. Company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, and laptop provided as well.
